Honey Garlic Pork Chops

This Honey Garlic Pork Chops recipe is so easy, once you make it, you won’t believe it! No marinade required, this recipe is an incredibly quick and delicious way to serve bone-in or boneless pork chops: fried until golden, then boiled and simmered (or grilled) in a honey sauce and the most incredible garlic!

ingredients

 9th 4 pork chops without or without bones
 Salt
 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 6 garlic toes, each chopped
 1/4 cup honey
 1/4 cup water (or chicken broth)
 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar or other white vinegar)

INSTRUCTIONS

 Preheat grill(s) to medium-high heat. Just before cooking, season the chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
 Heat the oil in a skillet or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.Sear the ribs on both sides until brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side). Put on a platter; put aside.
 Reduce heat to medium. Melt the butter in the same pan and scrape off any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).Add honey, water and vinegar. Increase heat to medium and continue cooking until sauce has reduced and slightly thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 Return pork to skillet, coat generously with sauce and grill 1-2 minutes, or until edges are lightly charred.
 Garnish with parsley and serve with vegetables, rice, pasta or salad.
NOTES
Baked Pork Chops:
1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Fry the spicy chops in a saucepan or hot pan over a medium heat for 2 minutes on each side – until they are crispy.
3.Remove the ribs and prepare the sauce according to the recipe above (Step 3).
4. Pour the sauce over and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved.
5. Heat/grill 2 minutes to get caramel edges!
