Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

Looking for a delicious and easy dinner idea that your whole family will love? This easy casserole combines all the classic flavors of traditional Philadelphia cheese sandwiches in an easy to make dish that’s perfect for any night of the week.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Ground Garlic
1 tbsp.Flavored Salt
8 Slices Provolone Cheese
4 Large Eggs
¼ C. Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

HOW TO MAKE PHILLY CHEESE GRATIN
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2In a skillet on the stovetop over medium-high heat, start roasting the meat.
When the meat is partially browned, add the onions and peppers to the pan. Fry until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables are soft.
4Add the seasoned salt and minced garlic to the pan and cook for another 30 seconds. Drain excess fat.
Spread the beef over the bottom of a well-greased 9×9 pan.
6Top beef with cheese slices.
In a bowl, combine heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce and eggs, then pour the meat mixture into the roasting pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes until set.
