All of the delectable tastes of autumn may be effortlessly combined into one mouthwatering dessert with the help of caramel apple crisp bites. Your heart will be warmed by the apple cinnamon filling, and your stomach will be filled thanks to the graham cracker shell. These Caramel Apple Crisp Bites are the ideal dish to prepare with all of the scrumptious fresh apples that you gather from the tree during the autumn season.
Going to the apple orchard and collecting fresh apples is one of our family’s favorite activities. The apples have the best flavor when they are picked directly from the tree since their flavor is so intensely fresh and crisp. But after we have all of those lovely apples, our favorite part is turning them into something new and tasty. These Caramel Apple Crisp Bites are delicious any time of year, but they are especially delightful on a beautiful, chilly Fall day.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

2 Cups.Of graham cracker crumbs.

12 Tbsp.Of butter – melted.

½ Cup.Of powdered sugar.

4 large apples; peeled, and chopped.

⅓ Cup.Of granulated sugar.

¼ Cup.Of brown sugar.

2¼ Tbsp.Of flour.

½ Tsp.Of cinnamon powder.

¼ Tsp.Of ground nutmeg.

Caramel topping.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

Prepare a tiny muffin tray by spraying it with non-stick butter spray and heating the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Begin by melting the butter, then, using a spoon, thoroughly combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a basin of medium size (slowly add the butter and evenly distribute)

Step 3

Fill the 24 small muffin cups with an equal amount of the mixture. Make a “cup” shape by applying pressure along the bottom and sides. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and let to cool fully.

Step 4

Prepare the apples by chopping them up into little bits; I did this with a tiny food processor. Don’t puree it, just chop it up finely. After that, combine them in a bowl together with sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Step 5

Bake the apple mixture in a baking dish at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the apples have become somewhat softer.

Step 6

While the graham cracker crust cups are still in the muffin pan, use a teaspoon or two to scoop some of the apple mixtures and set it on top of the graham cracker crust cups. Then, sprinkle any more graham crackers on top of the apples.

Step 7

Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, then let it cool down completely. You can loosen them from the pan with a knife, and then they should just fall out. Dollop with caramel sauce and serve.
